Couple Needed Management of Self Storage Units - Williams, AZ

Looking for a live in couple to manage our storage facility of appx 195 units and 50 rv spots

Part time about 26 hours a week.

Located about 7 miles from the town of Williams Az and 50 miles to the Grand Canyon

Duties: Run office, collect rents and fees, take payments (cash, credit Cards, checks), send late notices and liens. Cleaning of storage units, maintain property winter and summer, picking up trash weeds, snow blowing and shoveling required.

Incentives: One bedroom apartment; includes all utilities and wifi (no sat tv must be on own). Plus a small weekly stipend.
