Couple needed to manage Franchise Motel. Duties include Front Desk, Laundry, Inspecting rooms, Sales and Marketing, Minor Maintenance, preparing reports, cash handling, dealing with guest comments and complaints, maintaining franchise standards. Both need to be fluent in English speaking and writing. Experience is highly preferred. Living space is provided and will be paid salary. No other benefits are provided.
