Couple needed to manage a 45 Rooms Franchise Hotel in South Texas - Near Victoria TX

We are looking for a self motivated, experienced couple to live on site and manage a franchise hotel in South Texas near Victoria , Texas

Qualifications required: *Basic knowledge of computer *Accounting - bookkeeping skills. *Maintenance knowledge. *Good communication skills.     

Job duties includes; Front Desk / Managing housekeeping staff / Quality control checking of Rooms/ Take reservations/ Answer hotel phone/ Check in / check out customers, Routine paperwork/ Light maintenance and Marketing etc.

All Expense paid Accomodation and salary provided.

Knowledge with Anand system software reccomended but not necessary.

Real Nice two Bedroom and hall Kitchen accomodation on site is provided.

Small breed Pet may be allowed on the property to live with you but need prior Discussion.
