Couple Needed for 20-Room Motel - New Smyrna Beach, FL

20-Room historic motor lodge, one block from the beach and located in the heart of the entertainment district is seeking a full-time couple to run the motel's daily operations, including guest services, front desk (Cloudbeds PMS), laundry, and light maintenance responsibilities. No cooking, housekeeping, or bookkeeping. We provide a boutique experience for our guests--you must thrive on providing an excellent guest experience in a fun, laid-back atmosphere! Office open 8am to 9pm daily. On call overnight for guest emergencies, but no late-night room rentals. Owners live nearby and will provide backup on your days off.

Accommodations provided on-site: private bedroom and bath with balcony. You will have other employees in your kitchen and living room as they are attached to downstairs office. Salary and benefits negotiable based upon experience, and work schedule.
