Couple for Mobile Home Community - Apple Valley, CA

Seeking a management couple for a 78 space, 4 star senior mobile home comunity in Apple Valley, CA.  Skills needed for office would be Excel, MS Word, bank deposits, rent notices, evictios, general office skills, excellet customer relation skills, Skills for outside would be general maintenance, light electrical, light plumbing, meter reading, pool maintenance and landscaping. 

Work hours are typically 30 hrs/wk, M-F 9-4 with an hour off for lunch.  Previous mobile home park management or similar would be a plus.  Salary is commensurate with experience.  Benefits include salary ($2300-$2650 DOQ) with housing and utilities.  Send resume and pics
