Couple to manage motel in Madeira Beach, FL - live onsite

We are looking for a management team (couple) to run our motel. If you are a couple who understands it takes hard work to deliver a quality product,  who understands the devil is in the details, who likes people, has the ability to work unsupervised, and who understands the job always comes first, then maybe this opening is for you.

We are looking for a couple for two reasons, because we are would also like housekeeping support and we believe a couple (a team) greatly reduces the burden of guest support. The housekeeping functions are separate pay and not included in this package, but we would like housekeeping functions provided by the team. We want housekeeping oversight and laundry done by our teams, because it helps ensure we are delivering a quality product. Our business motto is “clean and affordable”.

The hours will be Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday – 24 hours (9AM to 9AM) and Tuesday 9AM to 5PM. Saturday, Sunday, and Monday are OFF.

Compensation includes salary, 1 bedroom in-law apartment, all utilities, two weeks vacation, and profit sharing. Salary also will depend on final skill set.

Skills required: strong computer (Microsoft Excel, Word) knowledge, great people and phone skills, light maintenance, attention to detail. Social networking skills (i.e. facebook) and marketing help will be a plus.
