Located on the East End of Roatan island, the non-tourist area with incredible privacy. Home, and small casita, are on 3 acres with 350' of waterfront, large dock with sun deck. Home is off-grid with solar power & well and is accessed by boat from across the harbor 2 - 3 minutes away or through the fishing village Oakridge - approximately 10 - 15 minute boat ride the other direction. Caretakers will help maintain the home and grounds. Boat / skiff included.
