Couple With Kids for Life-Changing Opportunity at a Summer Camp in Maine - Waterford, ME

We are looking for a couple or a couple with kids to be caretakers at our Summer Camp for children in Maine. This is a year-round job. During the camp season, which is May through September, the job is full time as the leader of our maintenance team. During this time, the caretaker is responsible for overseeing a group of workers for all maintenance tasks and repairs. These include, but are not limited to: carpentry, plumbing, vehicle maintenance, building repair, painting, etc. Candidate is expected to have at least a basic knowledge of these skills and experience with property management or facilities management, but is not expected to be an expert in all fields. In the off season October through April, the job entails basic maintenance work and snow removal. 

Compensation package includes base pay, full summer tuition at camp for all of your children (Valued at $9,000 each), and rent. During the summer, all meals are included.

Accomodations are a small, beautiful cabin right on the lake in a gorgeous setting in the town of Waterford, Maine.  It really is a lovely place to live and a fantastic place for kids. We take boys and girls age 6 to 17 in a traditional, overnight camp with more than thirty activities. We are in our 95th year and are the highest rated camp in Maine!
