Couple - highly paid- luxury home provided with all utilities - Twin Mountain, NH

 Full time May-August (longer may be available depending on you)- Job Description Set up six cottages for check in and clean them at check out, in Twin Mountain, NH  Responsibilities will include maintaining the property, checking mail, removing trash, laundry, housekeeping, concierge duties, programing LED sign on cottage with welcome message, and program cafe' street sign,  crafty -use cricut machine to logo personal beer mugs, duties, and other duties as assigned. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and very detailed oriented. As an Innkeeper, couple you will provide a positive impression to our guests and provide excellent customer service when encountering guest and ensure our high standards and exceptional cleanliness standards are met. You should enjoy solving problems, and be able to maintain hot tub cleaniness with training, and confidently of the business. Prior relevant experience is preferred but not necessary. The position is a  live-in  but will require immense flexibility with hours, 24/7 emergency guest response, weekends and holidays are a must and physical stamina to perform the duties of the position.  (housing and utilities also provided for the live-in). Professionally clean and maintain our properties using cleaning procedures and products in conformance using our standards

Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and washing all surfaces 

Move all reasonably portable furniture in rooms to clean under and behind

Do all laundry 

Create a welcoming environment for our guests 

Identify and note any damages to the cottages. Create maintenance tickets as necessary and contact the owners

Collect and remove trash and debris 

Check mail at the post office 1 mile away

Meet and maintain required Housekeeping metrics

Replenish consumable items such as coffe creamer soaps and paper products

Maintain hot tubs ; no experience necessary - we offer on-site training
