Couple to caretake a Rural Acreage Property in Sonoma County, California - Healdsburg, CA

Candidates will be self-starters with a strong work ethic and should have multiple years of experience working in a similar capacity on private estates.

Primary Responsibilities: • Hands-on gardening for small acreage • Knowledge of Northern CA growing seasons, best planting practices • Ability to perform general maintenance-irrigation repairs, etc. • Maintain organic vegetable garden, flower gardens, orchards, etc. • Ability to act in a professional manner at all times • Work well with others • Ability to manage, plan, and develop new projects • Artistic talent •

Applicant Requirements: • Must have related experience as a skilled gardener on a private estate • Horticultural degree Preferred but Not mandatory. • Live in the North Bay Area or know it well – desire to re-locate long-term • Clearly communicate in English, written & verbal • Able to work legally in the United States • Pass an in-depth background investigation • Possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record • Work well in a team environment with a positive attitude.
