Management Position at a 6 unit condominium beach resort in Newport, Oregon. Agate Beach.  Starfish Point is a 5 star property and listed as Newport's #1 specialty lodging option on Trip Advisor.

Responsibilities include guest service, check-in/check-out, reservations, office management, accounting, marketing, maintenance, managing housekeeping, cleaning when necessary, event management and community interaction. Skills and Duties:

• Computer Skills including Quickbooks, Quicken, website operation, Facebook, Twitter, hotel software, point of sale management, merchant services etc.
• Marketing and operation of all social media marketing and marketing platforms such as Trip Advisors, rewards programs and direct marketing.
• General Maintenance and Handyman duties including electric, plumbing, carpentry painting,
• Bookkeeping including standard accounting, city/state/fed filing, payroll, income statement/cash flow, general acct., lodging tax reports etc.
• Office Management.
• Light Housekeeping and grounds Care.
• Hiring and General Supervision of maintenance and housekeepers
• Supervision of all contract labor
• Customer service inlcuding managing daily inquires, servicing guest check in and on site needs etc.

Wages and Benefits:

• Housing  in Nice Management Quarters. 3 br, full kitchen, bath, view etc.  Laundry on site.
•  $3500/month Base Salary, paid vacation, monthly bonus opportunity.  Vehicle perdium.
