Concessionare(s) - Colfax, WA

The Port of Whitman is seeking a Concessionaire for management of Boyer Park and Marina, a 56 acre RV and day-use park and marina located just below Lower Granite Dam on the Snake River in Eastern Washington State. For more information on the Park, including current web site, map and rates, go to www.bpark.biz .  Applicants must be able to demonstrate business, management and fiscal capabilities and pass a background check.  Must also be able to demonstrate the ability to purchase inventory and maintain operational expenses.  Current Concessionaire is retiring.  The anicipated transfer date is December 31, 2013.  Applicant must be available prior to that date for transition training.  Only serious persons need to apply.
