Well maintained 55 or older community in Woodburn, OR looking for an experienced individual or team to manage a 93 space manufactured home community. The qualified candidates need to have a minimum of 2yrs experience working in a manufactured home community or other multi-residential setting, excellent customer service and the ability to deal with people in a professional manner.
Good computer skills are required. You will need to be able to use Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe competently. Most of the work will be done in the office, collecting rents, enforcing community rules and regulations, process applications for tenancy and all the necessary paperwork and documents for move-in's and move-out's. The candidate will also be responsible for light maintenance and management and oversight of the water system (individual water meters). Basic landscaping and maintenance skills necessary. Advanced skills are a plus but not required.
This is a part-time position with a salary of $600 per month total. Housing plus a utility allowance provided. You are required to live on-site.
