We are expanding our Management team. We are seeking to find a fit for our family and community oriented company.  Seeking a motivated and experienced Property Management couple for a duplex community in the trees in Sandy, OR.

 

These outstanding candidates will possess strong organizational skills, be detail oriented; have clear and concise communication, and a focus on collaboration and leadership. In addition have high energy level, creativity, and be business savvy. The ability to multi-task and trouble shoot are required.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Working within budget requirements including careful tracking of expenses

 

The ability to be resourceful and financially conscious of outgoing monies

 

The ability to  hire,  guide, evaluate, and supervise all off-site vendors

 

Leasing and marketing vacant apartments as needed 

 

Responsible for the physical condition and maintenance of the community

 

Promoting and upholding all company policies

 

Good customer service skills- Maintaining good relations with residents and vendors 

 

General Maintenance and landscaping 

 

Requirements:

 

Current driver’s license and insured vehicle

 

Prior property management experience a plus

 

AppFolio or Management Computer System experience a plus

 

Computer skills including Excel

 

Excellent communicator and listener

 

Experience in successful conflict resolution

 

Excellent people skills

 

Ability to work with a team successfully

 

Ability to execute company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures

 

Financially responsible personally and professionally

 

Vulnerability and collaboration

 

*Love for gardening, landscaping, community, sustainability a big plus!*

 

 

Compensation

 

2 bedroom apartment

$18 per hour to start (40 hours per week total) t for a 90 day probationary period.  After that transitioning to one full time salary(or 2 part time to equal 40 hours)  with 2 bedroom apartment included plus  PTO, paid holidays, profit sharing and payroll benefits.
