Community Management Team - Perris, CA
Large Mobilehome Community in California is looking for a Management team for office and Maintenance Supervisor.
Must have minimum 3 years management experience and sales and marketing. The office duties consist of but not limited to collection of rents, delinquencies, computer literate, rule enforcement, banking, knowledge of 3/3/60 Day Notices as well as California Civil Codes and Title 25. The Maintenance Supervisor position is a hands on working position, with knowledge in refurbishing our community owned homes as well as plumbing, electrical, carpentry skills. This person will be in charge of maintaining the Community infrastructure and curb appeal. Maintenance Supervisor must have own hand tools. Knowledge of rent manager program and Bilingual a plus. Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
