Co-Manager Couple - Central WA

Married couple needed as co-managers for a 40-unit budget motel located in Central Washington.  After 11 years of making this motel award winning and with ratings over 4.5, my wife and I need more time off.  We want to share our passion with another hospitality minded couple. This couple will get paid the same as we do AND get as much time off as we hope to take (mostly in the off season, but at least two days a week even in summer, something we’ve never done in 10+ years).

Housing is included, starting out with a 550 sq. ft. apartment over the lobby. One spouse will take the lead, the “support” spouse could work outside of the motel but be available for crunch times and contributing any necessary skills lacking in the “lead” spouse.  With us, my wife is the lead spouse, I’m the support spouse.
