Cleaning Couple - Williamsport, PA

We are looking for a hard working couple with good references to clean a building as contractors on Saturday Nights to start. This is an ONGOING PART TIME position 4-5 hours per week for a couple on average. As contractors you will be responsible the complete job each Saturday. There is the potential for this job turning into a full time 7 day work week if interested only. We will need a full resume and a list of references for the job(s) you have held for the last 5 years with contact names and phone numbers. The position will be filled by 1/17/2011 so please send your resume as soon as possible if you wish to be considered. People considering this job do not necessarily need to be skilled at commercial cleaning.  This job demands a lot of walking up and down steps and bending over to pick up trash. So if you are not in reasonable shape this may not be the job for you.. The hours needed to do this job are very flexible and largely at your choice. Work may begin as early as 11:00pm each night or as late as 4-7 am depending on your needs, the needs of the contract management and your abilities. The listed payment on this add is the total paid out per week to complete the job. The type of cleaning to be done includes: general sanitizing, carrying out trash and relining trash cans, scraping, gum and candy spilled, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning, restocking bathrooms and some easy to reach glass partitions and glass doors. Interested parties will be required to give a two week notice if they decide to leave the position.
