Seeking Professional Couple Chef/FOH Manager

Exciting opportunity for a couple to be involved with operating two restaurants operating on opposite seasons. One a restaurant at a fishing lodge in lake country northern Ontario (estimated June-September) and the second  a restaurant in the West Indies on the Caribbean Island of Bequia ( estimated November-April). Accommodation provided and travel expenses between destinations. Profit sharing opportunities.

Duties for Chef:

• Hiring teams
• Creating menus
• Working with owners on budgets
• Ordering all foods
• Scheduling
• FIFO
• Ensuring excellent guest experience
• Training

Duties for FOH Manager

• Hiring
• Scheduling
• Training
• Providing excellent guest experience
• Ensuring smooth operations
• Social media
• Ordering liquor
• Running budget spread sheets and maintaining budget requirements.

• Good communication skills
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing a team
• Schooling applicable to appropriate positions
