Chef & Bartender/FOH Manager - Sierra City, CA

Our Resort is seeking a Chef and a Bartender and/or Front of House Manager for our busy summer season which runs May 8-Oct. 31.  We are a 22 room hotel on the beautiful Yuba River in Sierra County and have an onsite fine dining restaurant and bar.  Our large trout pond is quite a draw for young and old and we also serve the fresh trout in our restaurant.  We do have an existing menu (view online), but are open to suggestions for changes from a new chef.  We have hired a prep cook to assist the chef who's schedule will be 5 nights/week.

We are also looking for a front of house manager and bartender.  These are jobs that can be handled by one person who is a good multi-tasker.  We will have to discuss the included housing as we have a few options for the right candidates.  We are hoping to hire ASAP and require an in-person interview, or a video call at the very least.
