Chef and Innkeeper Team - Rural TN
A new private membership facility catering to a member-based clientele seeking a Chef and Inkeep duo. The Lodge has a few rooms and cabins, but the main operation is dinner events every weekend- not extremely fancy food, but good food done well (Th, Fr, Sat), with catered events in between. Most members live nearby so the lodging facilities arent used much, just for prospective members/ land owners, or guests of members. There are also horse stalls on the property for lodge guests. Guests should also be provided with breakfast. Ideal team is an EXPERIENCED CHEF, and an Innkeeper to manage housekeeping and clerical. The clientele has a median age around mid forties to fifty. This is a rural TN location, 30 minutes from a town, an hour from a city. Experienced Chef only. Must have own arsenal of recipes/ be able to prepare menus and cost out efficiently up to a month in advance. Furnished housing and utilities included. Monthly salary of $3800 for couple.
