Certified Caregivers - Phoenix, AZ

Looking for a couple caregivers to work at my assisted living home. My home has ten bedrooms one of which is a caregiver room with a queen size bed and a bathroom. I currently have 8 residents and will have 2 more soon. I am a very hands on owner to ensure quality care of my residents and will be at the home almost daily so if this is a problem need not apply.

When a family decides to move their loved ones in my care home I make them a promise to treat them like family and give them excellent care. Also my mother and father are involved with my business and will be at the home as well to help out.

I'm looking for a couple to work 6 days a week and I pay between $500-600 per resident. I also offer a 401k plan in which I will match up to 4% of your contribution to it. You will be vested after 9 months of service. This is of course optional. You must possess a state certified caregiving license, a fingerprint card, CPR/first aid, and a valid T.B test.
