Caretaking Domestic Couple-Team need to work Part-Time for a retired, healthy couple in their 6,500 sf home on 8.5 acres with 1.5 acres landscaped.  This is an ideal job for a semi-retied couple or a couple that would like to continue to work from home or the man to continue to work outside of the home.  Require the woman to do full housekeeping and must be a attentive and meticulous cleaner willing to do laundry and the ironing of their linens only, shopping and inventory control.  No cooking required.  Pet care a must; 1 Golden Retriever and 2 cats. The man would be responsible for keeping a maintenance calendar for the home and property; change filters, clean gutters, clean fireplaces, check oil and gas in generator and vehicles. etc. Take the garbage to the curb weekly. Occasional driving to airport when they travel; pet and house sitting required.  Approximately only 24 hours of work a week.  Two bedroom, two bath apartment with laundry facility, fireplace and all utilities, Internet and TV paid.  Salary will depend on the experience of the candidates; not to exceed 24,000 a year.
