Caretakers - Wilmington, NY

Hoping to find a couple that's looking to relocate to this beautiful resort location. Being semi handicapped I'm in need of helpers to take care of my B&B  building , finish handyman projects, etc. 
Living accommodations part of compensation with salary equal to work performed. Time available for additional employment with many part time jobs available in the area. 
Want a couple that will enjoy all The Lake Placid area offers. Hiking the high peaks,fly fishing, skiing, winter spots, biking, etc. Non smoking and preferably without pets. There is a small friendly dog on premises.
