Caretaker(s), Trimborn Farm - Greendale, WI (Milwaukee), WI

Trimborn Farm, operated by the Milwaukee County Historical Society, is a historic farm located in Greendale, Wisconsin at Milwaukee's only county park with a historic theme. Featuring nine historic structures and acres of beautiful park lands, the park is a destination for those who want to enjoy the outdoors or to learn more about the historic buildings at special events throughout the year. 

The Society is looking to fill the Resident Caretaker position, available immediately. The caretaker's rent is abated in exchange for various security-related, property care, and docent duties. 

The caretaker will have use of a three-room apartment which includes a bedroom/living space, modern kitchen, and modern bathroom. Utilities are the responsibility of the caretaker(s). Parking is included. 

A person who has experience in maintenance or as a general contractor is sought to fill the position. It is preferred that the candidate also has an interest in history.
