Bring your horses and enjoy the trails of southeast AZ.  Looking for live-in caretaker(s) to oversee our property while it is vacant.  Quiet ranch evironment 7 miles from small but friendly  town of Pearce / Sunsites (25 miles south of Wlllcox, AZ.)  Duties include  feeding horses , light grounds upkeep.  Plenty of room for your horses too. 

We offer a furnished one bedroom guest house with private yard and utilties in exchange.  Prefer retired ranch couple.
