I to 3 month minimum/.Keeping area grass leaves etc clean, WEED WACK,  minor fix it things, and sometimes a fun projest with a little painting or whatever..other help here and owner will train if you need.. HOMEBODIES OR WORKERS ONLINE OK>..

CAN BE A LONG TERM GIG if you can feed yourselves and are a good fit .

IT Costs  owners approx $850  TO HOST Volunteers (with loss if rent plus paying  ALL utilities including HI SPEED INTERNET. ) so sorry  there is no room for salary..MAYBE LONG TERM if a good fit. can give a pittance $200 month for food etc.

Cozy house or house or apartment WITH WIFI and paid Utilities on  3 acre " piece of Paradise  in Central Valley of Costa Rica ..NOT at the hot humid beaches. You can visit  beach with a 2 hour drive and see why I chose THIS location with Spring like temperatures year round.

Tranquility and reliable WIFI..VIEWS  IN RETURN for LITTLE handyman jobs and grass maintenance occassional fun projects like  extending a simple room OCCASSIONALLY..fun learning, just need enthusiasm to learn.and caring for  and playing with 5 gentle lovable dogs and 1 timid cat.

MUST SPEND 24/5 ON SITE WITH 2 FULL DAYS TO GO OFF EXPLORING. Does not mean you MUSt go sleep elsewhere in the 2 free days .

I need a nice HOMEBODY/ Couple content with going out only 2 full days weekly yet couple who will LOVE  my rescued 5 dogs and 1 timid cat and  live on a 3 acre piece of Paradise in Costa Rica, In an UPSCALE area where the climate is not too hot nor humid but Spring like sunny and with fresh air. Country Setting yet bus ride (from our elecric gate ) to town , and 5 minutes to 2 small villages both with organic Farmers Markets, to buy your inexpensive food. to fill up your private fridge in your own kitchen. and a 12 minute bus ride to charming town of Heredia (City of the flowers)

We will provide either one of the 3 fully furnished  upper double rooms  with Balconies and  AWESOME VIEWS of Volcano and  TWINKLING CITY LIGHTS  or, an  apartment or a nice rustic  2 bedroom Chalet with large patio. and pay all your utilities including WIFI Internet for BEING on this lovely 3 acre Hobby farm , (so it costs pwner aprox. $1000 for this opportunity so sorry no room for salary.  (5 days on site,  Off 2 ) caring for my  5 lovable dogs, feeding and playing with them  and doing small fix it handywork  4 hours mornings 7am to  12 noon Includes 1 hour playing with dogs ),  and maybe a ittle gardenng. and  fun projects occassionally.Come and fall in love with this gig...Needed ASAP can be long term if a good fit  and year round gig SO not opposed to couples overlapping dates //Remember Oct andd Nov I get many many offers because people wait for the big freeze..SO if that far awy..wait  a few weeks before applying ..and see if someone else has already jumped faster for this great opportunity.  . for photos please email your details and what talents you can offer in return and to seroious people who are available within a month..and for at least a month... we will send photos to private email.    Sorry no pets SHARE MINE ..: unless very small indooor "non barking nightlly  " dog :)
