Caretaker(s) - Ladue, MO

Summary:
 

Live-in position – exclusive use of furnished, lower-level apartment (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor space). All utilities are provided, including internet. Full mechanical maintenance provided. $1,000 extra stipend for special improvements as needed. (Apartment will be clean and furnished on arrival.)

Responsibilities:

• Mondays – Day off (typically)
• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday – Light days, assisting other household helpers, 4 hours +/-
• Saturday & Sunday – Main working days
• Household duties – Examples: Meal preparation, dishes, laundry, bed changing, housecleaning, dogs, trash/recycle etc.
• Errands – Examples: Groceries, children drop-off/pick-up, dry cleaners, drug store, etc.
• Contractors – Coordinate/meet indoor contractors, as needed (20 UL + 19, 18, 17, 34)
• Guest House – Special responsibility to oversee and houseclean at least twice a week
• Watch property as well as care for dogs and lizards when Clients travel – Examples: Wyoming, Rhode Island, Florida, certain weekend trips, etc.
• On-call (on-site) as needed and act as Substitute when other helpers cannot come
