Caretaker/Maintenance Couple - Richland, MO

We own a beautiful vintage resort on 47 hilly riverfront acres in Richland Missouri which is 35 miles from Lake of the Ozarks. Property also includes 3/8th of a mile of the Gasconade River with multiple springs, a lake and a cave which was formerly a restaurant.

Projects include restoring the original cabins and hopefully rebuilding all the other original cabins in the future. We have equipment for your use if we feel you are qualified to operate it. We are also planning on purchasing a bandsaw mill in the future to mill our own lumber.

We are looking for a Jack/Jill of all trades who has experience in construction, carpentry, electrical & plumbing and who is able to work with little to no supervision. Other tasks may include mowing, brush clearing, fencing & general maintenance.

We are ideally seeking a couple who will work in exchange for a place to stay. Ideally one person works a job off site and the other person works on the resort. Alternative solutions could work as well such as retired with income or a couple splitting the hours 50/50. We are hoping this can be a long term partnership.
