Caretaker/Farm Couple - Weatherford, TX

Wanted:  Caretaker couple to help out on a small horse farm just west of Weatherford, Tx

Gentlemans duties to include, but are not limited to, groundskeeeping, landscaping, general maintenance of property, some carpentry, painting, maintenance of equipment, and assisting w/the animals.

Womans duties to include housekeeping, ironing, some cooking, and helping out in my office with filing, ordering, inventory, etc..BUT most importantly would be occasional babysitting for my 10 year old.

Housing, along w/all utilities, DISH, internet, etc...plus a small salary.

Job is approximately 4 hours per day, per person, so having other outside jobs would be feasible.

DO NOT apply if you are not willing to take a drug screen on occasion, have your credit checked and a background check performed.

Will require at least 4 references, including 2 previous employers.  Must have own transportation.

Looking for long-term committment, so if just passing thru, just pass this by.  Experience has taught me to tell the difference.

Perfect job for retired couple that still want to remain active, but not have to pay rent, etc..

Texas residents preferred.
