Caretaker Team - Minneapolis, MN

Gittleman Management is a large, well established and highly reputable firm specializing in community association management of over 250 associations of condominiums/townhomes in Mpls./St. Paul metro area.  We are seeking live-in caretaker teams for lovely buildings located in either Minneapolis or St. Paul.  The team must include two people who are both available during business hours.  Duties include cleaning of common areas, maintenance, and limited management responsibilities.  No leasing, cleaning or painting of units.  Must have maintenance/mechanical know how. Wonderful opportunity for retired or semi-retired couple seeking a permanent position in a pleasant atmosphere.  Must be conscientious, responsible and personable.
