Caretaker Couple for West Texas Ranch

Mature married couple to maintain grounds, buildings, roads, equipment, haying and irrigation.  Able to operate heavy equipment (dozer, maintainer, etc.) when necessary.  She will perform thorough housekeeping for several houses, light laundry and help with grounds for absentee owners.  No kids.  Salary, nice housing, utilities and vehicles provided on beautiful West Texas ranch.
