Caretaker Couple Wanted - you can bring your horses too! - Smartsville, CA

This is a fantastic opportunity to live and work in a beautiful setting.  Our sporting clay ranch is on several hundred acres and has two lakes and one in contruction. Perfect for a retired couple or a couple with one working partime at a different location.  Caretakers will be  responsible for the landscape, lakes and overall maintenance of the property as well as the lodge.  Cooking, shopping and hosting is at times required. Caretakers will be provided with the following:

$3,000.00 a month salary

Facilities to keep two horses (if they choose)

Two bedroom apartment

$300.00 credit for utilities
