WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?

Looking for a couple ( mature-over 30) to occupy a room and to maintain yard landscaping, cleaning and light handyman stuff.  About 1 hour /day of work.

 

Must own 4WD. You can not take an AWD or regualr car into valley.  No hitchiking in /out of valley.  No pets, drama free, not much stuff, able to get along with others easily. Home is located IN Waipio Valley.

 

We will also occupy the home periodically, probably once a month, on weekend(s) with friends where we might want you to vacate during those times. We will give plenty of notice. Or sometimes you may stay on property.

 

You would be responsible for your propane usage, toiletries, supplies etc..
