Caretaker (Couple) - Hawaii

Need caretaker for small 3 acre farm on the Big Island of Hawaii.  Small cottage off the grid.  Solar power, catchment water.  Uses propane for cooking and refrigerator.

Duties include grounds maintenance for cleared areas, pineapples, banana trees, various other plants, care for dog and cat. 

Free use of property and produce in exchange for housing.  Must have residual income to pay for propane, food and incidentals.
