Caretaker Couple - Fairview, UT

Seeking mature caretaker couple willing to live onsite. Four bedroom home in exchange for yardcare and hanydman upkeep. ($1500 value) utilities-  power, heat, phone and TV your responsibility. No wage, ok for 1 person to work off site job if necessary. Must have experience operating small yard equipment and be able to do general maintenance including snow removal. Must be willing do general yard work, mowing, watering, weeding, etc. Resume, references and background check will be required.
