Camp Hosts - Hornbrook, CA

Position available now to Nov. 1st or longer if needed. We are seeking a camp host couple to share responsibilities with another couple. We are seeking a couple with experience, but not necessary. Must be in good physical shape as at least half of the time your duties will require outside physical work. You must be outgoing, friendly, dependable and team players. You must also be drama free and willing to put forth efforts to ensure that all our guests have a positive experience at our RV park.

You will be working 4-5 hours each per day with a rotating schedule of 5 days on and 5 days off with the other hosts. This gives you time to enjoy hiking, fishing, site seeing or just enjoying the beautiful Klamath River. You hours worked would be in exchange for a full hookup site, electric and free Wi-Fi. Free use of our Kayaks and other tokens of our appreciation for your hard work.

Our RV park is located just 8 miles south of the Calif/Oregon border. The parks sits on the bank of the beautiful Klamath River. The Park is a 27 space facility, all paved and concrete with about 20 acres total, much of it covered in irrigated grass. This means watering, mowing, weed eating and blowing off sites and taking care of potted flowers will be needed. We have a lot of wildlife here, so at times you will be cleaning up after them.

We have a beautiful bathroom and laundry facility that is required to be kept up to the highest standard. This takes about 1 hour to clean.

The selected hosts will clean sites after departures and before arrivals, check people into sites and collect fees. It is important that you present yourself in a professional and friendly manner. We are a 5 star RV resort and we receive compliments about what great volunteer camp hosts we have and we want that to continue.
