Bring your Tiny house or Camper! Caretaker Position for Couple or Individual - Mankato, MN

Looking for a couple or individual to park their tiny home or camper on our 7 acre property just a few miles from downtown Mankato, MN. Live for free (utilities included) in exchange for cleaning the remodeled 100 year old farmhouse on the property for vacation rental turnovers (about 4-7 turnovers a month), mowing the lawn, watering plants and keeping an eye on the property overall.

The house and property are located across the street from a little ski hill and miles and miles of a scenic trail system. Kayaking available down the road as well as mountain biking. Small shed with chicken coop and a small garden area available for use. Could also bring a horse or two on property as well (stall, paddock and grass turnout already set up), but would need to charge a small amount each month for a horse. 

Starts June 1, 2018 and time length is indefinite, could be 1 year or more years if it works well for everyone. Contact me for more details!
