Boat/RV Storage Facility Manager Couple - Las Vegas, NV

Manager Team/Couple to live on Property of Boat/RV Storage Facility and manage the property maintenance as well as all office duties and leasing.

Good Office skills for new leases and admin work. Maintenance skills required to keep grounds tidy and freshly painted and Office and House Clean and Maintained. During a normal work day, one person will be in the office to answer phone calls and handle leasing/payments and monitor the security cameras, the other will be on the property sweeping, checking to make sure units are clean, trash is emptied, and general appearance of property is outstanding.

Both employees will be required to be on site during business hours with no outside employment. Great position for people transitioning into retirement as office is fairly quiet. Other attributes:  Experienced ONLY with Self STORAGE facilities - Long Term Position

* Ability to Follow Company Policies and Directives
* Prior Self Storage Experience with Good References
* Knowledge of U-Haul Webselfstorage Program OR other Self Storage Software and willing to learn
* Take Payments, Lease Units, Reconcile Payments and Make Daily Bank Deposits
* Maintain files, Make Late Calls, Follow Lien Laws
* Good Mechanical and Maintenance Skills to make basic repairs to property/ Neat Painting for keeping the facility new looking
* Daily patrols and inspection of property and giving customer tours
* Clean vacant units and have ready to rent upon move outs
* Follow all Maintenance schedules
* Advertising and marketing the facility to raise occupancy rates/Market Surveys
* Valid Driver's License with Clean Driving Record/ Reliable Car with Insurance for Errands/ Home Depot, or bank etc.
* High School Diploma

$3000 per month, $10 bonus per lease, One bedroom house with utilities live on the property attached to office.
