JOB INTRODUCTION: 
We are seeking a Self Storage Management Team (2 People) in our Tucson, Arizona location. As a local self storage center, we appreciate our customers' business and strive to offer the best customer service possible. It is our goal to make each experience a pleasant one by providing affordable, convenient and secure self storage units.

We have an immediate need for Self Storage Managers (2 people), who will live onsite, are bilingual (English/Spanish) and preferably have storage experience, who possesses excellent customer service and communication skills and are committed to being successful, to join our organization. 

JOB DUTIES include but are not limited to: 
• Asset management with emphasis on maximizing storage center revenue
• Tenant collection management
• Maintenance and cleaning of storage facility and grounds
• Building and developing community rapport & marketing programs
• Perform monthly competition shopping and pricing analysis
• Increasing occupancy % by setting and achieving monthly goals
• Administrative management

REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in self storage is helpful, but not required
• Persuasive, outgoing and sales oriented
• Self-motivated
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Computer knowledge and proficiency
• Valid driver's license / insurance
• Ability to pass background check


HOURS: Tuesday -- Saturday 9:00 AM -- 6:00 PM
COMPENSATION: Salary, 1BR/1BA Onsite Apartment with basic utilities + storage space
