BILINGUAL MANAGEMENT TEAM - Sapulpa, OK

Mobilehome community looking for a bilingual management team to operate our community in Sapulpa. Office duties consist of but are not limited to collection of rents, banking, rule enforcement, marketing, sales, evictions, computer literate, good written and verbal skills., must have 3 years experience in property management. Maintenance person must have make ready experience and own theirm own hand tools. This is a hands on maintenance position. Maintenance will maintain the curb appeal and infrastructure of the community. Pickup truck a plus. If this sounds like something you would be interested in please send me your resume.
