Bilingual Couple (Spanish/English) Needed for Property Management - South Pacific Coast Nicaragua

Hello,

We have a 15 acre farm, with fruit trees and wild life,10 minutes from the beach.
We are looking for a bilingual couple to commit long term to "house sit and manage" while we travel. We have 2 dogs to take care and six cats. . Responsibilities include managing the farm workers and taking care of the place in general. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

There is no salary, but you will have a place to live, free internet, electricity, potable water and a food stipend. To manage the hotel part you will get commissions for all the sells you do and all clients we receive.

Special for Yoga and Surf Teachers, there is a possibility for creating a nice income,
