Bed/Breakfast/Event Center Hosts - Pine Bluff, AR

Seeking Couple to house sit with mininum duties for an upcoming Bed/Breakfast/Event Center.    Couple will need to sign a 12 month lease with low monthly rent, and utilities.  This is not a full-time job.  It will consist of overseeing the property.  Payment will be paid on commission based on events/room rentals.

Couple will need to keep their area clean.  House cleaning will be paid for common areas for event/room rentals.  

Couple will not need to cook.  Food will be provided for guests.

Couple need to have customer service skills, be neat clear, and have background check done.
