Seeking an energetic and entrepunerial couple with broad skill set to operate a bed and breakfast ( 4 rooms) and rental cottages (5). 

Board and small stipend provided.  Balance of compensation is negotiable but owner is interested in a couple running the property long-term on a profit sharing basis.  No risk to the couple for costs and expenses-but potentially significant income. Wide skill set required (cooking, cleaning, marketing (including website management) and reservations, landscaping and maintenance).  Best suited for a couple who enjoys small town life and the activities available on Florida's Nature Coast-fishing, kayaking, boating, birding, biking, etc.
