Barn Manager/Groundskeeper (Couple) - Weston, FL

Small farm in south Florida seeks responsible Barn Manager/Grounds keeper

BARN MANAGER: Intimate and precise care for all animals including miniature horses, goats, fowl, dogs etc. Clean shelters/stalls, feed and groom on a daily basis to meet standards of the farms high reputation. Knowledge of horses is required.

GROUNDSKEEPER/HANDYMAN: Service approximately 5 acres of farm, including but not limited to, grass cutting, hedge trimming, pond and pool maintenance etc. Responsible for keeping farm in pristine condition at all times from gravel on road to sprinklers and everything in between. Outsourcing may be needed at times, and it is of upmost importance all duties are taken care of in an extremely punctual and precise manner.

REQUIREMENTS: Seeking responsible, experienced farm hand. Must be able to provide references and submit to background screening. Retired person or couple is highly desired. NO children, pets, smoking or alcohol will be considered. Required to oversee farm 5 days per week and every other weekend.

COMPENSATION: Salary plus board in large 2 bdrm luxury/furnished apartment above barn.
