experienced, reliable, and motivated Mobile Home Park Managers or Assistant Managers to
oversee daily operations at our mobile home communities.
Job Description
Manage day to day operations of the park
Oversee rent collection and enforce park rules
Perform common area maintenance, landscaping, pool and spa care
Handle resident relations with professionalism and care
Keep property looking immaculate at all times
Market and lease available homes or lots
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Ideal Candidates
Previous property management or mobile home park experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic maintenance and handyman skills required, trade experience a plus
Self motivated, organized, and able to work independently
Location
Multiple positions available in Southern California and Arizona
Compensation:
Competitive salary $25,000 to $45,000 annually depending on experience and location
On site housing provided
