Assistant Manager/ Maintenance Team - El Cajon, CA

     We are looking for a  2 person ( office / maintenance ) team for 220 homesite , 55+ MH community. Excellent opportunity for future full management responsibility.

        It is a land lease community with no rental homes and is maintained to a high standard. 

Duties: Assist facility manager with the operations and maintenance of the park,including swimming pool maintenance and routine work on electric, gas,dw and water systems.

              Assist office manager with all office responsibilities plus assist with tenant relations and hospitality functions

              Good operations experience or mobile home park experience a plus. Desire for  future full management responsibility a must .

    Compensation: competive salary; 2 BR mobile home ;all utilities and cable ; contribution to health insurance.
