Assistant Manager/ Maintenance Team

We are seeking a Manager/ Maintenance couple to live onsite in Berthoud, CO. 

We are an Elderly & Disabled quiet, well kept Affordable Housing community. 

We are seeking a couple that is willing to grow with the position and is willing to learn about affordable housing, specifically Rural Development and Tax Credit. The positions may grow into full time and you may be asked to manage or assist with other area properties for additional negotiated pay.

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance tech to assist with the following duties at Hamilton Park:

Locking and Unlocking doors each day.

Lawn care, snow and ice removal.

Upkeep property curb appeal. 

Fulfilling resident work orders and on rare occasions handle after hours Maintenance emergencies. 

Clean community rooms, bathrooms and hallways. 

Assist Maintenance Manager as needed.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to assist with the following at Hamilton Park:

Assist Maintenance with any tasks outstanding, such as cleaning, locking, lawn care, trash pickup, etc.

Accept applications. 

Return calls.

Deliver documents to Tenants.

Assist with Tenant relations. 

Hold part time office hours to fill in as Manager is away.

Manager & Maintenance duties listed here are not all inclusive and may vary by season or circumstance.

Both positions are part time and compensation is a 1bedroom apartment, additional pay may be negotiated. The apartment is located on the second floor and if needed ground floor accommodations can be made as units are available. You will be responsible for electric, cable, internet and phone unless otherwise negotiated.

The Manager/ Maintenance couple can hold outside employment, as long as the part time duties of the property are priority. We will work with you to set a schedule that works for you and the property.
