Assistant Manager, housekeeping and general maintenance - Gunnison, CO

Our Motel in Gunnison, Colorado is seeking up to two couples for the 2017 summer season (May to November.) We are seeking folks who can help with front desk, housekeeping, staff supervision, maintenance or carpentry (a couple of remodels planned.) We would want individuals who can commit to approximately 20 hours a week.

We are a small (currently 17 units) retro lodging property located on three acres with easy access to downtown and fishing, hiking and mountain biking.

We are highly rate on Trip Advisor. It is important to us that employees are willing to work to a high standard.

We have two RV sites, provide full hook-ups and wages. Alternatively, we could provide housing (not suitable for a family), utilities and wages. Wages based on experience. Island Acres is located in the middle of a very nice neighborhood. The location will be quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly.

While our season is from May 1 to mid November with our busiest time from mid-June to mid-August.

This is a perfect job for someone who is looking for a way to spend the time in Gunnison and yet still have plenty of time to enjoy all area.
