Assistant manager and maintenance - La Junta, CO

Seeking a responsible and reliable couple interested in working and living in rural, beautiful southern Colorado.  Our hotel is located in La Junta, Colorado.

The successful candidate will be responsible for following franchise rules and policies and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the property. Applicants must be able to work in a team environment and be a self-motivated. Applicants must also be willing to work a flexible schedule that could change on occasion. 

Primary Responsibilities but not limited to: 

• Oversee staff and daily operations
• Guest services and reservations
• Breakfast preparation
• Housekeeping and laundry assistance
• Property maintenance
• Providing communication and reports

Qualifications:

• Hospitality experiences preferred but not required
• Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Internet Explorer) are required!!
• Good communication skill and customer service oriented mind
• No Kids, no pet, and non-smokers 

Compensations
