Assistant Inn Keeper Couple - - Elk, CA

Needed  long term Live  in Assistant Inn keeper Couple to help an existing Live In Inn Keeper Couple for a  Romantic  16 rooms Inn & Spa in Elk CA. We are  looking for an energetic, outgoing couple who enjoys nature and the outdoors.

You love creating magical, memorable experiences for guests and are meticulous in attention to detail. You are great under pressure and able to multitask. You enjoy Inn keeping alone and also as  a team, are self-motivated. As a team player , you are able to seek to understand and then to be understood, working out problems and issues with patience and grace. 

We expect that you come with  experience in B&B operations (or boutique hotel operations), especially hands-on experience in housekeeping, laundry, cooking, and guest operations. For maintenance, we are looking for experience with all kinds of around-the-house tasks. If any one of you have the Spa Therapist/Masseuse  skills it would be killer combination.

 Incentive and profit sharing will be part of the compensation. You will be invited to come and stay with us for a week to assess if we are cut for each other.
